I made a mistake with the shape of the mesh and especially the length. But otherwise it's a pretty chain

I ordered a 50cm gold-plated chain and received a 40cm chain which I sent back immediately with the maty return slip. They received the package on July 19 (the post office tracking is proof) but I have no news of the transaction. I've sent them several emails to which they reply with a standard sentence. I'm waiting for a concrete answer.
