very pretty BO but packaging leaves something to be desired....not even a jloie little label stuck inside the box to indicate GOLD 375 ..... just a big certificate to be folded so that it fits inside... Bof really not pro... and I'm not even talking about gift wrapping because it doesn't exist at all.... I know you can add 5e to the order so that it's wrapped ready to offer... I absolutely disagree because if I buy in a jewelry store well everything is done for the same price... I bought on MATY because our friends are from Besançon... Just to please them... I'm a bit disgusted because no one has called me back in all this time and yet I've been told.....I wouldn't recommend...

We like your site, but we're having problems with your after-sales service.
You provide a two-year warranty, which you haven't respected for about 1 year.
Just recently, I sent you back a bracelet for my baby, who was christened at the end of July 2021 at the age of 3 months. The bracelet was worn for about 10 days and broke despite the precautions taken. Having been hospitalized for several months, I wasn't able to send it back to you until the last few weeks. In return, I received an estimate of 77€ for the exchange of a bracelet that was supposedly scratched, with a broken link after hanging. Can you imagine a 3-month-old baby scratching a baby bracelet and hanging it up to stretch and break a link? I think there's a big problem!
After discussion with an after-sales service person, the bracelet will be repaired and sent back.
I've been a customer for 34 years and I must admit that I can no longer afford to buy jewelry of a certain value from MATY and will only allow myself to buy jewelry that isn't too valuable, so in the event of a problem, I'll be much less disappointed by the response I get from your after-sales service. -

My order went well but I wasn't really satisfied with the jewel itself: the description was a bit different from reality (color, size) but above all the clasp system was not good: my daughter lost her earring after 2 weeks! At €100 a pair, that hurts... these were sleeper earrings, so they shouldn't have come off easily...
