Yes, all watches come with a two-year warranty.
Will the watches be delivered in a box?
Yes, all watches are delivered in their original case or in a Maty case. You can make a thoughtful gift with confidence.
Can I return a watch that doesn't fit in the jewelry store?
No, Cresus watches purchased in jewelry stores cannot be returned or exchanged.
My watch has broken down. What should I do?
If possible, go to your nearest MATY jewelry store to drop off your watch. MATY will send your watch to the Cresus workshop free of charge. If you don't have a MATY jewelry store near you, send your watch by insured mail against signature.
I have a second-hand luxury watch for sale. Can I drop it off at a MATY jewelry store?
No, for the moment MATY only takes back second-hand jewelry.
