GRACIOZA Terms and Conditions Delivery: The products purchased are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer when placing the order. Order processing times are one working day before dispatch and delivery times depend on the post office, excluding weekends (Saturday and Sunday), from the date of deposit. These lead times are subject to stock availability. Any delays do not entitle the purchaser to claim damages, and Gracioza jewelry cannot be held responsible for the consequences of late delivery beyond its control. Products are systematically dispatched with a tracking number created by 'La Poste'. Validation of the delivery by the post office by scanning the tracking number when the parcel is delivered to the customer's letterbox or hand-delivered to the customer is proof of receipt by the customer. The customer must check the condition of the goods delivered at the time of delivery. Any anomaly noted during transport (damaged, missing or damaged product) must be reported to the Post Office and to us on the day of delivery, or at the latest within 48 working hours of delivery. The refund will be made within 15 days from the date of receipt of the scan of the tracking number issued by La Poste. Delivery costs: The price of postage is indicated according to the mode of transport.
