L’histoire de SEIKO commence en 1881, quand un jeune entrepreneur de 22 ans, Kintaro Hattori ouvre son atelier de réparation d’horloges à Tokyo.
11 années plus tard, en 1892, il fonde la manufacture « Seikosha » et fabrique sa première horloge et en 1895, sa première montre.
Aujourd’hui, après plus de 130 années d’innovations, la manufacture horlogère reste fidèle à l’engagement de son fondateur : la quête de la perfection.
