    The emeralds were dull. Fortunately, I opted for a click and collect, which allowed me to judge on the piece.
    I preferred to refuse the product and ask for a refund.
    The price is far too high, and the photo on the website is misleading.

    Disappointed with the quality of the earrings, it's an online sale when we buy an item we expect to receive what is sold on the picture, even if we know that sellers always try to embellish reality and will highlight a jewel that will always be more beautiful in photos than in real life. But in this case, the difference between the photo and reality is enormous: the stone is dull, as if dusty, with marks on the inside, not as homogeneous as in the photo. Knowing that you then have to go to Paris to exchange it in a boutique gives you the bitter impression of having been somewhat taken advantage of...

    Not satisfied with the earrings, they look like they're second-hand from the condition in which they arrived. Packaging 10 times too large, so the case was opened on arrival. Would not recommend!
