Packaging to be completely revised. It's a shame to have to pay extra to put the jewel in a box. What's more, the "paper" is cheap. It's expensive enough to buy jewelry on this site, so the least you can do is make a nice box, especially when it's a gift for the holidays!

I ordered a ring on 30/11 to be sure to have it for Christmas. Delivery scheduled for 6/12. Fifteen days later, the order hasn't budged. I call customer service and they tell me it's out of stock (even though it was available when I bought it). A sales technique to maximize Christmas orders without having the merchandise. No call from Maty to let me know. If I hadn't called, I'd still be waiting. A scandal, I'll never be called again.
