I'm quite satisfied with the quality-price ratio because I had an interesting promotion, but I find that the engraving is much smaller than on the photo and I wanted the M at the top and the R at the bottom. It was engraved upside down and as I couldn't order it unengraved I'm still a bit disappointed, I have to give it as a present for Christmas so I'll see how the person feels, but if he's disappointed I have no recourse so it will certainly affect my next purchases.

It's really well shaped for the finger and the plate is really well crafted, the letters are in a font that's quite pretty and no other choice is even needed in the end. Its overall size is perfectly up to our expectations, although the finger circumference is a little big, but that doesn't matter because it's always better.

The body of the Ring is barely 1/2 millimetre thick, which according to one of my Jeweller customers (I'm an Artisan Cordonnier) makes the Ring very fragile. As a reminder, it costs 200€. As a MATY customer since the early 1990s, you've accustomed me to better than this. For these reasons, I will take the liberty of returning it to you in order, at the very least, to obtain an exchange. I know you don't exchange personalized items, but this is obviously a mistake on your part and I'm counting on your professionalism to rectify it. Thank you in advance. Yours faithfully R. FRANÇOIS
