Ideal for a christening gift. -
The product itself is fine, but I took the 5€ packaging option, which is far from being a beautiful case. It's a thin cardboard box, very fragile, which arrived completely crushed as a result of the package itself arriving crushed. A pity for a gift... This is the 1st time in over 30 years that I've been disappointed by a Maty parcel, but this is really very disappointing.

I think it's a great product, but unfortunately it's not showcased, packed in a cardboard box with bubble wrap ... I would have thought of a velvet box to avoid getting fingerprints on it.

Very dissatisfied with the engraving I asked you by phone to engrave lucien and below his date of birth as for my niece and nephew 3 years ago but you put everything on the same line. If you had answered that it wasn't possible, I would have engraved only the first name, because the way you've engraved it is ridiculous.
I see that we can no longer trust you to say that it was so serious. I find it appalling. -
