Product arrived damaged, the silver ring was totally twisted. Customer service told me it was due to transport (as the ring was delivered in an organza pouch, the case now being subject to a charge, which I can understand and even validate in environmental considerations). This raises legitimate questions about the quality of the product. If it's capable of twisting like that just during transport, then what's it going to be like in use? Lightweight product of mediocre quality. A pity, because the color of each gold was really beautiful.
