Usually I don't have any problems with my orders! But this time, big disappointment! I asked for and paid for gift wrapping paper which was all crumpled up in the box, impossible to get anything back! And I was asked to leave a message to put in the gift! But no message! I'm really dissatisfied and for a next gift I'll call one of your competitors.
