II. Return Policy
In accordance with Article L 121-21 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the order. This right of withdrawal may be exercised without penalty, except for the shipping costs associated with returning the products.
III. Procedure for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal and the Right of Return
A Buyer who wishes to return a Product must return it only to the address provided by the Seller—under no circumstances to a Maty store.
• Step 1: The Buyer contacts the Seller by viewing the “order details,” available in the “Order Tracking” section
• Step 2: The product must be returned only after approval from The French Talents Customer Service. The product may be shipped to the address provided by The French Talents.
• Step 3: Upon receipt of the package and after inspecting the Product, the Seller will process the refund for the Product.
For your return to be accepted, you must:
- include a note stating the reason for the return, along with the delivery slip containing your order number.
- return the product in good condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- use a shipping box (not the product’s original box)
The brand reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the above conditions.
IV. Warranty Policy
In addition to the legal warranty, the Seller warrants the products against any defect in materials, workmanship, design, or defect.
