The return is at the customer's expense and must be made by enclosing a copy of the invoice or by indicating on plain paper the first and last name given at the time of purchase (it is advisable to return your jewel(s) by Colissimo suivi or Lettre suivie in order to have proof of deposit in your possession): Linea Chic - 10, place Vendôme - 75001 PARIS As soon as we receive the parcel, and after checking the condition of the jewel(s), new and fit for resale, accompanied by any accessories, with the original packaging, we will proceed with the reimbursement of your order within ten days (usual delay). Special conditions : - Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order. - No piece of jewelry may be damaged and/or have obviously been used for a longer period of time and/or beyond the time required to try it on (e.g.: scratches, impacts, various marks, dirt, missing or twisted elements, etc.). It is expressly stipulated that Linea Chic will return WITHOUT REFUND any item not complying with the above-mentioned special conditions. The refund will be equal to the total amount paid at the time of the order, i.e. the price of the jewel(s) concerned as well as any outbound delivery costs, the return costs remaining the responsibility of the customer. Chronopost outbound delivery charges will be reimbursed at the standard Colissimo rate.
