Article 7: Right of withdrawal - 14-day guarantee
In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your parcel (or in the case of an order of several items delivered separately, from the date of receipt of the last item) to inform us of your decision to withdraw, for whatever reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal and the "satisfied or your money back" guarantee, you can send us an e-mail to info@socharm.fr.
The cost of returning the item will not be reimbursed, except in the event of SoCharm proposing an item to replace the item ordered which is unavailable, or in the event of delivery of an item which is defective or does not conform to the item ordered.
Article 11 : After-sales service
Qualified professionals are at your disposal to carry out an overhaul or repair.
Our After-Sales Service technicians can also intervene after the expiry of the eBoutiqueBijoux.com commercial warranty. Return your item with its certificate or invoice, specifying the nature of the repair. To be on the safe side, please send your items for repair by post only. You are responsible for shipping costs. See "Article 12: Return of items".
A free estimate may be sent to you on receipt of your item. You will then have one month from the date of issue to return it to us with your agreement. A 20% deposit may be required. The work will be carried out after receipt of the accepted estimate within the time specified on the estimate, and your article will be returned to your address, at our expense, if the intervention is not feasible or in the event of refusal of your choice.
In the event of repairs carried out outside the warranty period, the cost of returning the item will be charged to you. Our work is guaranteed for one year (parts and labor), subject to normal use. We also repair watches for brands for which we are authorized.
In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days from the date of signing the After-Sales Service quotation to retract your order. To do so, you can use the after-sales service withdrawal form or any other unambiguous statement.
In the event of withdrawal within this period, we will reimburse the 20% deposit, if any, no later than 14 days after receipt of your decision to withdraw, using the same method of payment as that used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed by the customer. The cost of returning the item will be borne by us.
If, at your request, a repair is carried out before the end of the legal withdrawal period, you will be required to pay the amount corresponding to the service provided until you have communicated your decision to withdraw. This amount is proportional to the total price of the service agreed in the quotation.

Article 12 : Returning items
To protect your item during transport, simply place it carefully in its original packaging or in a suitable cardboard box (do not use a paper envelope) and send it to socharm - Service Après-Vente - 9bis rue Parmentier 94140 Alforville, accompanied, if possible, by the "exchange or return coupon", the warranty certificate and any user manual, with your precise instructions.
