Article 7: Right of withdrawal - 14-day guarantee In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your parcel (or in the case of an order of several items delivered separately, from the date of receipt of the last item) to inform us of your decision to withdraw, for whatever reason. Return your item with its certificate or invoice, specifying the nature of the repair. To be on the safe side, please send your items for repair by post only. You are responsible for shipping costs. A 20% deposit may be required.
