Right of withdrawal If, for any reason whatsoever, an item is unsuitable, the "non-professional individual" customer has 14 days from receipt to return the order. The parcel must be returned by post only, in its original packaging, in perfect condition, unsealed and accompanied by the corresponding invoice. The item will then be reimbursed, with the exception of shipping and return costs, which remain at the customer's expense. Consequently, only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded. After a period of 15 days following receipt of the parcel, the items will be deemed to be in conformity.
