The purchaser has a cooling-off period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Only jewelry returned in its sealed bag will be taken back or exchanged. This is for obvious reasons of hygiene. Please enclose a written explanation of the reason for the return and the order number. Please note: Returns in plain, non-cardboard envelopes will not be accepted (jewelry is not protected). Following the return, a refund will be made by the means of payment used for the order (credit card, bank transfer or Paypal). In the case of a refund, this may be made within a maximum of 10 days. Shipping costs are not refundable, only the amount of the jewel can be reimbursed.
