Return conditions
The buyer has a withdrawal period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products. Items must be returned in their original packaging, intact. Only jewelry returned in its sealed bag will be accepted for return or exchange. This is for obvious hygiene reasons. Returns should be sent to the following address: EZOR Returns Department 53 place de République 56400 AURAY FRANCE Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, who must include a note with the package explaining the reasons for the return and the order number. Please note: Returns sent in simple envelopes without cardboard packaging will not be accepted (due to lack of protection for the jewelry). Following the return, a refund will be made using the payment method used when placing the order (credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal). Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 10 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable; only the cost of the jewelry will be refunded.
