Delivery: Purchased products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer when placing the order. Orders are processed one working day before dispatch, and delivery takes 48 hours, excluding weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), from the date of dispatch. These lead times are subject to stock availability. Any delays do not entitle the purchaser to claim damages, and Brillaxis jewelry cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery beyond its control.
