Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Boutikenvol allows its customers to return products for exchange (product, size, etc.) or request a refund, subject to compliance with the conditions set out in the following paragraph, with the exception of items that have been altered to fit, which are considered special orders.
1. Time limit for returning an item
In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, our consumer customers have a period of fourteen clear days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal.
2. Return conditions
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We advise our customers to use tracked and insured shipping (Colissimo or other carriers).
The customer must keep the proof of deposit for the package that will be given to them. This proof of deposit includes the return tracking number, the weight of the returned package, and the date of deposit at the post office or relay point. In the event of loss of the package, no refund will be made without this proof of deposit.

Condition of products
All returned products (the product itself, as well as the original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) must be returned in perfect condition.
Upon receipt of the package, Boutikenvol will assess the condition of the returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and this use or damage renders the product unsuitable for sale.
If the return is refused by Boutikenvol, the products will then be returned to the customer at Boutikenvol's expense, without the customer being entitled to any compensation or refund.
