Return conditions
After confirmation of the order and subject to full payment of the price of the items ordered, Andréa Chereau undertakes to ship the items ordered within a maximum of 5 working days to the delivery address specified by the customer. On the day of shipment, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing information enabling them to track the delivery. Shipping costs are indicated at the time of purchase, in the shopping cart after the buyer has entered the destination. In all cases, the rates will be indicated before the order is confirmed. In accordance with Article L.121-16 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 working days to return, at their own expense, any items that do not suit them, with the exception of sale or personalized items, for exchange or refund. Returns must be for items in their original packaging and condition. In order to track the package, the buyer must return it by registered mail or Colissimo. Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted. In the event of abnormal or abusive returns, Andréa Chereau reserves the right to refuse any future orders. If the conditions for reimbursement are met, Andréa Chereau will reimburse the buyer within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the package for the sums paid by the customer. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts in accordance with the rules of common law.
