Information-Returns Isabelle b - 2 rue Mirabeau 75016 Paris Delivery Purchased products are delivered to the delivery address specified by the Customer during the ordering process. Orders are processed within one business day prior to shipment, and delivery times are 48 hours, excluding weekends, from the date of shipment. These times are subject to stock availability. Any delays do not entitle the Customer to claim damages, and Isabelle b cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delivery delay beyond its control. Delivery costs Shipping costs are free for France by standard mail with tracking number. Delivery problems - In the event of a delay in delivery compared to the date initially set, the Customer must notify Isabelle b by email so that she can investigate with the Post Office. An investigation by the Post Office can take up to 21 business days. If the product is found during this period, it will be immediately re-routed to the Customer's home or to the recipient designated on the order form. However, if the product ordered is not found at the end of this 21-day investigation period, Isabelle b will, at its own expense, either reship the products ordered by the Customer or refund the order. - The Customer must check the condition of the goods delivered at the time of delivery. Any anomaly noted as a result of transport (damaged, missing, or degraded product) must be reported on the day of delivery or at the latest 24 business hours thereafter. Any claim made after this period will be considered inadmissible. - Isabelle b shall not be held liable if it is impossible to deliver the goods due to inadequate access or incorrect address details provided by the Customer, unless this was mentioned at the time of ordering. Returns and refunds - In accordance with legal provisions, the Customer has a period of FOURTEEN (14) days from receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal from Isabelle b, without penalty, for exchange or refund, provided that the Products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within FOURTEEN (14) days of notifying Isabelle b of the Customer's decision to withdraw. The product can only be accepted for return if it is complete, in its original condition, including the packaging and a copy of the invoice. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made items (engraving, sizing, personalization). - The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 14 days of Isabelle b receiving the products returned by the Customer.
