We fully understand that buying a piece of jewelry on the Internet can be a daunting experience. So, to allow you to try the jewel at home and to be sure that it gives you complete satisfaction, we give you the opportunity to return the jewel to us for a refund within 14 days.

You are not satisfied with the jewelry you have received and would like to return it for a refund.
-Exchange
You are not satisfied with the jewelry you have received and would like to exchange it for another ANÄU Paris model.
Return conditions:
All jewelry in the European Union (including French overseas departments and territories) is covered by the 14-day return guarantee, provided that :
- the item is in perfect condition and has not been worn
- The jewel has not previously been returned for resizing
- Your previous purchase has not been definitively returned.
In the case of an order comprising several pieces of jewelry, the final return can only apply to one piece (this condition has been introduced to protect us from abuse).
The jewel must have been returned within 14 days of receipt - "as evidenced by the postmark".
