Delivery:
Purchased products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer when placing the order. Orders are processed one working day before dispatch, and delivery takes 48 hours, excluding weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), from the date of dispatch. These lead times are subject to stock availability. Any delays do not entitle the purchaser to claim damages, and Brillaxis jewelry cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery beyond its control.
Delivery costs :
The price of postage is indicated according to the mode of transport.
Delivery problems :
La bijouterie Brillaxis declines all responsibility in the event of force majeure delaying delivery beyond its control. The following are considered to be cases of force majeure (in addition to those accepted as such by the French Courts of Justice and jurisprudence): disruption, total or partial strike of transport services of any kind and of means of communication and telecommunication, war, riots, terrorism, fire, flood, water damage, epidemic, earthquake, accident, general breakdown, modifications to legal commercial conventions. The customer must check the condition of the goods delivered at the time of delivery. Any anomaly noted as a result of transport (damaged, missing or damaged product) must be reported on the day of delivery or at the latest within 24 working hours following delivery. Any claim made after this deadline will be considered inadmissible. Brillaxis Jewellers disclaims all liability in the event of impossibility of delivery of the goods due to inadequate means of access or wording of the address provided by the customer, unless this was mentioned at the time the order was placed.
Returns and refunds :
Returns will only be accepted if the product is complete, in its original condition, including packaging and accessories, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Refunds will be made within 15 days of receipt of the returned product. You are responsible for return shipping costs and risks (loss, theft, damage, etc.).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made items (engraving, sizing, personalization) or to pens and piercings (for hygiene reasons).
Satisfied or your money back:
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unsatisfactory product without penalty.
