Return of Products - From the date of notification of withdrawal, the customer has 14 days to return the merchandise, at their own expense, to the Seller at the following address:

The customer may be held liable for any depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of such goods. Internet and E-commerce recommends that the consumer return products via Colissimo with registered mail or additional insurance, which guarantees, if necessary, compensation for the products up to their actual market value in the event of theft or loss of the goods.
Exclusions - The right of withdrawal does not apply to the products and services listed in Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, such as personalized products like custom charms.
