Right of withdrawal - Money-back guarantee
In accordance with the law, you have a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of your parcel (or in the case of an order of several items delivered separately, from the date of receipt of the last item) to inform us of your decision to withdraw, whatever the reason. To do this, you can use the returns form available on our website in the service section. Your item must be returned to us within 15 days of the date on which you inform us of your decision to cancel.

To protect your item during transport, simply place it carefully in its original packaging or in a suitable cardboard box (do not use a paper envelope) and send it to MAJESTIC - 6 rue Toulouse Lautrec (Bât CRIT) - 75017 Paris, please attach to your parcel (your request cannot be processed without these documents):
- Warranty certificate (included in your box)
- Any product instructions (for watches)
- The preparation/invoice slip, indicating the reason for return
As shipping is your responsibility, we recommend that you use a tracked shipment "against signature", as our stamp is proof of receipt.
Only items returned in new condition and unaltered, in a condition suitable for resale, will be exchanged or refunded. Items returned incomplete (instructions for use, case, warranty certificate), spoiled or damaged will not be accepted. A discount may be deducted from the return price if the item has suffered depreciation as a result of handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the item. Reimbursement will be made within 15 days of receipt of the item or proof of shipment of the item (if proof of return is sent to us before receipt of the item) using the same method of payment as that used for payment, unless agreed otherwise by the customer and at no additional cost. The refund or exchange will be made by La Grande Vitrine after checking the condition of the item. As gift vouchers do not have monetary value, they cannot be reimbursed or exchanged in whole or in part. Orders paid for with gift or sponsorship vouchers will be credited to the customer's account. In the event of withdrawal within the legal time limit or under the "Satisfied or your money back" guarantee, we will refund the price of your item for standard delivery in mainland France, including Corsica. In all cases, the flat-rate contribution to the cost of processing the order will not be reimbursed in the event of a partial return following an order for several items, or in the event of non-return of a gift with a purchase obligation. The cost of returning the item will not be reimbursed, except in the event that La Grande Vitrine proposes an item to replace the item ordered which is unavailable, or in the event of delivery of a defective item or an item which does not conform to the item ordered. Your item must be returned to us within 15 days of the date on which you informed us of your decision to cancel. Items sold on www.mes-bijoux.fr and by our authorized partners are covered by a commercial warranty of 1 or 2 years against defects in design and materials, from the date of purchase and on presentation of the invoice. Crushing, impact or damage are not covered by this warranty.
