SATISFIED OR REIMBURSED We take back all returns within 14 days of receipt by the end customer. Products will be delivered in their original packaging and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity and Guarantee. In the case of distance selling (without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties), the consumer has a period of 14 clear days, in accordance with article L 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception of shipping and return costs, which remain at his expense. The Customer must return the product in its original packaging at his own expense. However, the Customer may not exercise this right in the following cases: - Supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized or which, due to their nature, cannot be reshipped or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly. - Supply of goods which have been worn by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. Indeed, for reasons of hygiene and health protection, earrings, ear pendants and piercings cannot benefit from the right of withdrawal if they have been worn. Our products are guaranteed for 2 years against any manufacturing defect (excluding parts subject to wear and tear and within the normal framework of jewelry use).
