Order placed on Maty online, managed by Nerina. The earrings didn't meet my expectations, so I sent them back at my own expense in accordance with the return policy. Several months later, despite numerous emails, I have received neither a refund nor a credit note, nor even a reply. Non-existent customer service, very disappointing experience. I strongly advise against using this company.
