SATISFIED OR REIMBURSED: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1) Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for personalized products - EXCEPTION to article L.121-21-8- 3° of the French Consumer Code
In accordance with article L.121-21-8-3° of the French Consumer Code, which stipulates: "The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts :
(...)
3° Supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized".
All jewelry ordered with personalised engraving (engraving of first name or any other personalised inscription) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect on the jewelry or an engraving error.
2) Right of withdrawal only applies to non-personalized products
For non-customized products only (all types of additional cords, etc...), if you are not satisfied with the products delivered, you have fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products to return them to us in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and request a refund via the contact form. Products returned damaged will not be accepted.
We undertake to reimburse you for the price of the products returned, plus delivery costs according to the standard method (letter rate), at the latest within fourteen days of the date on which we are informed of your wish to withdraw. You will be reimbursed by the same method of payment you used to place your order. You will only be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Please note, however, that we reserve the right to defer this reimbursement until the goods have been recovered or until we have received proof that the goods have been dispatched, whichever comes first.
