Bijoucolor was born out of a meeting with African Touareg craftsmen who work silver by hand, respecting ancestral traditions. The silver jewelry is handmade. Over the past 10 years, bijoucolor has added a wide range of jewelry, with a focus on quality and durability. Our ethnic Tuareg jewelry is created by African craftsmen in the pure tradition of Berber nomads. Each piece is handcrafted and engraved with motifs corresponding to the history of a village tribe.

Return conditions
Pursuant to article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code and the Hamon law, the consumer has a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of the goods ordered. This right of return will only be accepted for complete products, in their original condition, with a copy of the purchase invoice. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted. In this case, Bijoucolor will reimburse you within 14 days of receipt of the products. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Only the price of the product will be reimbursed. Returns should be sent by recorded delivery or colissimo to : Bijoucolor-1Team - 36 Rue du transvaal - 44300 Nantes - France Reimbursement will be made within 20 days of receipt of the return. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS BIJOUCOLOR will only accept returns of products with no trace of use, in their original protected packaging, with parts, accessories and various instructions. The Customer must contact Bijoucolor Customer Service within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the defective product to determine the terms of exchange or refund.
