Before any return, please contact us by e-mail: sav@latelierdazur.com The legal retraction period is 14 days. The procedure will be confirmed by return e-mail. All returns must be signed for. The return address is as follows BM Distribution 117 Avenue Simone Veil - Bat B3 06200 Nice In accordance with the law, the Buyer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of his parcel (or in the case of an order of several Partner Products delivered separately by the Seller, from the date of receipt of the last Partner Product from the Seller) to inform the Seller of his decision to withdraw, whatever the reason. To this end, the Buyer may use the withdrawal form made available on behalf of the Sellers on the Marketplace and available in Appendix 2 of these Buyers' Marketplace General Terms and Conditions of Sale, or any other similar unambiguous statement. The Partner Product must be returned to the Seller, and not to the Operator, within 14 days of the date on which the Seller is informed of the Buyer's decision to withdraw. To exercise the right of withdrawal or the commercial guarantee offered by the Seller, the Buyer may contact the Seller directly or via the messaging tool provided on the Marketplace. Unless otherwise stipulated in the Seller's conditions of sale on the Marketplace and in compliance with legal provisions, only Partner Products returned in new condition and without having undergone any transformation in a condition allowing them to be resold will be exchanged or refunded. Partner Products returned incomplete, spoiled or damaged will not be taken back by the Vendor. For a missing gift box, 3euros will be retained, for a missing gift bag, 2euros will be retained. A discount may be deducted from the trade-in price by the Vendor in the event that the Partner Product has suffered depreciation resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the Partner Product. For example, the Buyer may handle it or try it on with all due care during the withdrawal period, but may not wear it. The Partner Product will be reimbursed no later than 14 days after receipt of the Partner Product by the Seller (or proof of shipment of the Partner Product if the proof of return is sent to the Seller before receipt of the Partner Product) after verification of the condition of the Partner Product by the Seller, using the same method of payment as that used for payment, unless agreed by the Buyer and at no additional cost. Reimbursement will be made by INGENICO or by the Vendor if the reimbursement is made after the end of the legal 14-day cooling-off period. Refunds include the price of the Partner Product, a flat-rate contribution to the Vendor's order processing costs up to the limit of standard delivery costs, and no additional express delivery costs. Delivery charges are not refunded in the event of a partial return following an order for several of the Vendor's Partner Products. The cost of returning the Partner Product will not be refunded, unless otherwise stipulated in the Seller's terms and conditions of sale, or in the event of delivery of a defective product or one that does not conform to the Partner Product ordered.
