RETURN PROCEDURE The CUSTOMER must, without undue delay and in any event no later than fifteen (15) days after receipt of the product, return the goods to the following address: C Conseils - Au Fol Argent 129 rue du fond du val 27600 Saint Pierre la Garenne. RETURN COSTS The CUSTOMER shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS The PRODUCT must be returned in accordance with the SELLER's instructions and include all accessories delivered. The CUSTOMER shall only be liable for any depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the PRODUCT. In other words, the CUSTOMER may test the PRODUCT but may be held liable if they handle it in any way other than is necessary. PACKAGING PRODUCTS are packaged in accordance with current transport standards to ensure maximum protection for the PRODUCTS during DELIVERY. CUSTOMERS must comply with the same standards when returning PRODUCTS. As such, the CUSTOMER is invited to return the PRODUCT that does not suit them in its original packaging and in good condition, suitable for resale.
