You have 15 days after receipt of your order to return your parts to us for a refund or credit note, if they do not suit you. For a simplified return and a faster refund, we invite you to follow these steps: 1 - Make your request You can register your return request on maty.fr, in your order tracking. 2 - Get the return address Please contact us to obtain the return address. We will send you the delivery address and the return label. 3 - Prepare your items Put your items in the original parcel, along with their warranty certificates. 4 - Send Stick the return label on your parcel and drop it off at the post office or a La Poste retailer of your choice! You will then be responsible for the return postage costs. 5 - Get your money back The refund will be made after receipt of your parcel and verification of the condition of the items received. Refunds will be made according to your original method of payment: For purchases paid for by cheque or via Paypal: refund by cheque, which will be sent to you by post. For purchases paid for by credit card: reimbursement will be made directly to your bank account. For purchases paid for with a 4-star card or via 1euro.com: Cofidis will adjust the amount. When you request a refund for one or more items, this will take place within 14 days of receipt of your items.
