Returns, exchanges and refunds BEUCHAT allows its customers to return products for exchange (of product, size, etc.) or request for refund, subject to compliance with the conditions set out in the following paragraph, with the exception of items that have been sized, which are considered a special order. 1. In accordance with article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, our consumer customers have fourteen clear days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal. 2. Return conditions Return costs are at the customer's expense. We advise our customers to use a shipment with tracking and insurance (colissimo or other carriers). The customer must keep the proof of delivery of the parcel. This proof of delivery will mention the tracking number of the return, as well as the weight of the returned parcel and the date of delivery to the post office or relay point. If the package is lost, no refund will be made without this proof of delivery. Return address: BEUCHAT 67 bd du Général martial Valin 75015 PARIS. All returned products (product itself, but also original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) must be returned perfectly intact. Upon receipt of the parcel, BEUCHAT will judge whether the returned goods are in perfect condition. No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and if this use or damage renders the product unfit for sale. If the return is refused by BEUCHAT, the products will then be returned to the customer at BEUCHAT's expense without the customer being able to claim any compensation or right to reimbursement.
