I. Shipping and delivery Delivery : 5.90euros (free for orders over 60euros) Delivery method: Chronopost Delivery time: between 2 and 5 working days II. Return policy In accordance with article L 121-21 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal from receipt of the order. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of shipping costs to be borne by the Customer for the return of products. III. The product will be shipped to the address indicated by The Jewelry Store. The return of the product is at the customer's expense. - Step 3: Upon receipt of the package, and after verification of the Product, the Seller will request a refund of the Product. In order for your return to be accepted, you must : - include a note stating the reason for the return, as well as the delivery note with your order number. - return the product in good condition, unused and in its original packaging. - use a shipping parcel (not directly the product box). The Jewelry Store reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the above conditions. IV. Warranty policy The Customer benefits from a commercial warranty of 2 (two) years from receipt of the product. In addition to the legal warranty, The Jewelry Store warrants the products against defects in material, workmanship, design or defects.
