MARKETPLACE INGENICO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the payment service (reporting, reconciliation and Funds Settlement) ("Service") provided by Ingenico Financial Solutions SA ("Ingenico FS ") to Sellers on the MATY.COM website ("Marketplace" or "Market"). The capitalized terms are defined in section B below.

By double-clicking on the 'accept' button at the bottom of this document, you ("Seller") confirm that you have received these Terms and Conditions and that you accept them.

The Seller must accept these General Terms and Conditions before being able to transmit to Ingenico FS the order form that he has finalized online by filling in the fields fields and uploading the required documents. 2.1. Collection and settlement of funds
