B. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Article 1: Definitions

Cardholder : the person to whom a Card has been issued by an
Issuer. A Cardholder is a Buyer.
Transaction: a transaction based on one of the Means of Payment. A Transaction
can
be a payment transaction, a Refund or a Chargeback.
Seller: Merchant whose products or services are offered on the Marketplace.
Marketplace. Sellers are professional merchants (not private individuals). The Market

2.1. Collection and settlement of funds

Article 4: Seller's obligations
4.1. Assessment of the conditions imposed by the Means of Payment

11.2 Termination by Ingenico FS

Ingenico FS has manifest reason to believe that the Seller is likely to
become insolvent or unable to provide the Products & Services;

the Seller violates the Payment Scheme Rules or applicable laws in connection with the

the Seller does not comply, or no longer complies, with the terms of these General Terms and Conditions and,
and, if it was possible to remedy it, has not done so within 15 days of the date on which
Ingenico FS has informed the Seller of such failure;
